Directions:
Our Guildford centre is located within GenesisCare Surrey, Rosalind Franklin Close, Guildford, GU2 7AW. Our clinic is designed for easy access, whether you’re travelling by car or train, making it convenient for patients from Guildford, Surrey, and surrounding areas.
By car:
When approaching the first roundabout off Egerton Road please take the 2nd exit. You will then come to a set of traffic lights on Gill Avenue continue on this road (pass the RSCH on your right) and follow the road straight up until you reach a roundabout. At the roundabout, please turn left on the 1st exit. This will then lead you straight onto a 2nd roundabout take the first exit onto Rosalind Franklin Close. On Rosalind Franklin Close take the 2nd right just as you come off the roundabout in less than 100 yards you will reach Genesiscare Surrey on the left-hand side.
By train:
Our clinic is close to both Guildford main station and London Road (Guildford) station, both of which are on the main London Waterloo line. From either station, you can take a short taxi ride or enjoy a pleasant walk to reach our welcoming centre.

What should I expect during my first consultation in Guildford?
During your initial appointment at the Guildford centre, you’ll meet with Dr Shaffer, who will review your medical history, assess your current condition, and discuss your symptoms in detail. We will outline suitable treatment options and answer any questions you may have. If you decide to proceed with treatment, you may also see a radiographer immediately following your consultation with Dr Shaffer, which will last approximately 30 minutes in addition to your appointment with Dr Shaffer.

What are the opening hours for the Guildford centre?
Our Guildford centre is open from Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm. Please note that appointments with Dr Shaffer are available by prior arrangement only.
